What is Zumba?
Zumba is a workout like no other! It is a Latin-inspired dance workout that has often been called ‘exercise in disguise’. We use Latin music and dance moves to create an aerobic fitness program by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!

Who is Zumba for?
Zumba is for all ages, dance abilities and fitness levels. You can move as fast or slow and shake as much or as little as you want. Zumba is designed to be able to be taken up or down a notch in accordance to the classes needs. One thing is for certain though… everyone comes out sweaty and smiling!!

What will I gain from Zumba?
Apart from improving fitness levels, balance, coordination, flexibility and toning your body you will most likely gain confidence and a couple of new dance routines you can whip out at the office Christmas party.
